The First step is to have an initial 30-minute call to define your objective and see how I can help you.
Once we’ve decided on the best format for you, we can plan the selected event in-depth during a second 60-minute video call or meeting if needed (definitely for Sprints). For sprints the 60mins meeting will be used to discuss the challenge, write the sprint brief, select the participants, and confirm the date. For the other services we will define the specific objective and deliverables. Hackathons take a longer 2-hour session.
25% payment is expected after our first meeting or on the reception of PO, and to block the date. I will then share relevant documents and prep the sessions.

My fees are mostly published on the individual service pages but will be discussed on a project-by-project basis.

Once you’ve decided on the service(s) needed, I expect 25% payment to block the date for you.
The rest of the payment should be made 30 days from the event date, or when services are rendered.

Yes, I offer 50% discount for NGOs, registered charities, early-stage startups and some educational organisations, and also offer pro bono workshops, sprints and talks for some organisations and would be happy to discuss this with you - so, please reach out!

Yes, I’d be happy to help primary, secondary and university students through a talk or workshop at very little or zero cost.

Please ensure you and your participants are working with decent WiFi rather than mobile data - it’s less likely to cause connection issues.
Laptops, Desktops and iPads are easier to use tools like Mural and Miro than mobile phones.
Ideally, everyone would already have set up the video-conferencing tool zoom.us (or your preferred tool) and understand to mute this unless they want everyone to hear them. We encourage participants to share their video to boost collaboration.
